Privacy & Cookie Policy

Cookies

The site uses cookies to enhance the user experience and to track site usage. By visiting and using this website you are agreeing to the use of cookies from this website.

Cookies are small files held on your computer and are only accessible by the website that sets them, and the browser.

If you no longer wish to allow cookies to be set, you can change your settings in your browser to block them. Though many websites may not fully function without them (they're used for member logins etc).

What Cookies are set?

The site automatically generates a session ID when you arrive on the site which is carried throughout your stay. This cookie contains no information about you.

Google Analytics

The site uses Google analytics (in conjunction with Google Tag Manager) to monitor and gauge site usage to identify areas that are popular and to improve users experience on the site.

The cookies set by Google analytics contain no identifiable user data but provide information about the number of visits to the site, pages visited, length of stay, whether users are on mobile or desktop etc.

If you wish to prevent Google from using this data, you can opt-out here: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout

The Facebook Pixel is also installed for re-marketing and ad tracking to monitor the success of ad campaigns within the Facebook platform.

The site doesn't currently honour "Do Not Track signals" as it does not have the ability to do so at this time.

Privacy

With regards to privacy and the use of your data.

The site does not collect or require any user input to browse or interact with the site as a visitor. Unidentifiable data is collected by the 3rd parties outlined above (Google Analytics and Facebook pixel).

Only when a form (either contact or quote request) is filled in and submitted, will data be sent. Your name, email address, IP address will be submitted and processed via the form.

If a potential client declines a quote, their emails/communications are deleted immediately and any data held will be removed.

If a potential client accepts a quote, communication will be held for as long as is necessary both in emails/communication, and within an invoicing system.

The invoicing system saves the clients name, company name, company address (if provided) and email address. These will be stored for as long as required to fulfil legal/financial obligations (3-7 years).

No data received via a contact/quote form on the site is used for marketing of any kind. The information is only used for as long as it is needed to facilitate communication regarding services/projects.

Your data is not sold to any 3rd parties, and only myself (Danny Lewin) has access to this information.
